We have downgraded rsync versions on those affected by the bug for the time being. Running Backups are now completing without issue. We will continue to monitor this while we wait a release with the fix.
Identified
We are seeing several servers being impacted by a recent rsync update. This new update is causing issues with JetBackups and so we're seeing failed backups.
We're currently working with the vendors and looking at options to resolve this issue.
For now, for any Major updates we recommend creating backups manually or if your site is WordPress, looking at options for backup plugins. Storing these off server is recommended so in the event of server issues, these are still available.
