Monitoring
The server is now stable. Load averages are within expected limits and services are now responding normally.
We're still monitoring this though for any further spikes which might lead to further issues.
Investigating
We're currently working on an issue with the reseller server haltia-lon.cloudhosting.uk
We're seeing high load and CPU activity but so far have been unable to determine the exact cause. Services are currently running but slow to respond which may cause timeouts.
We'll provide further details as the issue is progressed.
