The problem has now been resolved.
Monitoring
We have detected a large number of connections to the server which was choking the network causing the intermittent issues.
These are currently being mitigated and the server now seems stable. We apologise for any issues caused by this. We believe this should be resolved and will keep the mitigations in place while we continue to monitor.
Identified
We have identified the issue and are actively resolving it.
Investigating
We are aware of the issues on p113 which have been intermittently failing health checks.
We are currently investigating the problems as a matter of priority.
