Monitoring — The server is now back online after a reseat of the hardware. We are now monitoring the system closely however any users affected by this issue please contact our support team where we can arrange migration onto a newer system. Apologies for any disruption caused.
Investigating — Our on-site engineers are currently investigating as the reboot is taking longer than expected. We will provide updates every 30 minutes.
Identified — We will be looking to reboot Orcus within the next 10 minutes to apply urgent updates. We will advise when this process has been completed.
